Health insurance

Verified Credentials offers multiple health insurance plans for eligible team members and covers a portion of the team member’s health plan premium; the team member pays for any dependents.

Dental insurance

A comprehensive dental plan is offered to team members and their families.

Vision insurance

Vision care for team members and their families is offered to save money on all their eye care and eyewear needs.

Life insurance

Verified Credentials provides company-paid life insurance to help protect the financial well-being of our team members. Additional life insurance coverage is available for purchase for team members and their families.

Verified Credentials offers a 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan to help team members save for a financially secure retirement. Contributions may be made from pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) earnings, and the company matches dollar-for-dollar up to 4%. Team members are immediately 100% vested in all contributions.

Paid holidays

We provide eight (8) paid holidays per year:

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Day After Thanksgiving

• Christmas Day

• Floating Holiday, to be used at your discretion

Paid time off (PTO)

Verified Credentials offers an all-purpose time off plan designed to provide team members with flexibility to use time away from work as needed, whether for vacation, illness, personal matters, or any other reason.

Short-Term Disability

Team members are provided with short-term disability insurance at no cost. This insurance provides partial income replacement for up to 13 weeks when team members are unable to work due to sickness, injury, pregnancy, or childbirth.

Long-Term Disability

Long-term disability insurance is available to team members to provide partial income replacement for disabilities that extend beyond 13 weeks.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Team members enrolled in one of our high-deductible medical plans may also enroll in an HSA, saving pre-tax earnings to pay for current or future healthcare expenses.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Medical FSA and Dependent Care FSA accounts are available to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover qualified healthcare, dependent care, and/or elder care expenses.
